Company: Impressions Peace (Zhejiang) Import & Export Co., Ltd. ("we", "us", "our"), operating the brand Impressions Matcha at www.impressionsmatcha.com.
By accessing this website, requesting a quote, or placing an order, you ("Customer", "you") agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
1. About our business
We are a wholesale supplier of matcha (green tea powder) sold by the kilogram to business buyers (importers, distributors, cafes, manufacturers, and retailers) worldwide. Products are described by harvest season, cultivation and processing method, and graded accordingly. All prices are stated in US Dollars (USD) per kilogram, ex-works, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
2. Products and pricing
- Prices shown on the website are indicative wholesale prices and may change without notice until confirmed on a written quotation.
- Minimum order quantity (MOQ) and tiered pricing apply as displayed on each product.
- Natural agricultural products vary by harvest; color, taste and fine particle characteristics may differ slightly between lots. Such normal variation is not a defect.
3. Quotation and ordering process
- You contact us to request product details and/or a free sample (you pay sample shipping).
- We provide a written quotation including product grade, quantity, unit price, and a freight estimate to your destination.
- Upon your confirmation, the order is placed with a 30% deposit.
- Before dispatch we send photos of the goods; you pay the remaining 70% balance.
- We ship and provide a tracking number, normally within 3 business days of receiving the balance.
A binding contract is formed only when we confirm your order in writing and receive your deposit.
4. Payment
Payments are processed through third-party providers including PayPal and Stripe, or by bank transfer where agreed. You agree to their respective terms. We do not store full card details. Title to the goods passes to you upon full payment.
5. Samples
Samples are provided to help you evaluate quality before a bulk order. Sample product may be free or low-cost; shipping is paid by you. Samples are representative but not a guarantee that every future lot will be identical, due to the natural nature of the product.
6. Food product notice
Our matcha is supplied as a food ingredient. You are responsible for ensuring the product complies with the import, labeling, food-safety and regulatory requirements of your destination country before resale or use. Certificates (e.g., SGS pesticide reports, COA, Halal, production licenses) are available on request.
7. Customs, duties and import compliance
For international shipments, the Customer is the importer of record and is responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance and local compliance, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for the affected goods. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits.
9. Intellectual property
All website content, text, and images are owned by or licensed to us and may not be copied without permission.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of Huzhou, Zhejiang Province, China.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date.
