Refund & Return Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. Because we supply a food product in wholesale quantities, the following terms apply.

1. Samples first

We strongly encourage ordering a sample before any bulk purchase so you can confirm grade, color and taste. This is the best way to avoid issues, as natural matcha varies by harvest lot.

2. Quality guarantee

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from the agreed sample/specification, we will make it right. You must:

  1. Notify us within 7 days of delivery at 18457166372@139.com;
  2. Provide your order number, photos/video of the issue and packaging, and the lot/batch number.

For verified quality claims, we will, at our discretion, offer a replacement, partial refund, or credit on the affected quantity.

3. Food-safety returns

For health and food-safety reasons, opened or used food product cannot be physically returned unless we specifically request a sample for inspection. Quality claims are resolved via the process in Section 2 rather than by return shipment.

4. Deposits and order cancellation

  • The 30% deposit confirms your order and reserves production/stock. It is non-refundable once we have begun preparing, processing or packing your order, except where we are unable to fulfill the order.
  • If we cannot fulfill a confirmed order, you receive a full refund of amounts paid.
  • Cancellation after dispatch is not possible.

5. Not covered

  • Normal lot-to-lot variation in color/taste of a natural product;
  • Damage caused after delivery, improper storage, or customs delays/seizure in the destination country;
  • Buyer's failure to meet local import/food regulations (see Terms of Service §6–7).

6. Refund method and timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayPal/Stripe) normally within 5–10 business days of approval. Banks/processors may take additional time to post the funds.
